Mus musculus
Mouse
Drosophila melanogaster
Fruit fly
Caenorhabditis elegans
Roundworm
Sacharomyces cerevisiae
Baker's yeast

This section of GenAge features genes associated with ageing and/or longevity in model organisms. You can search or browse all the genes or you may restrict your search to one of the four major biomedical model organisms: mouse (Mus musculus), fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster), roundworm (Caenorhabditis elegans), and baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).

Searching Genes

To search for a particular gene please type your search query below. You can use as query the gene's symbol, its name, or the species in which it was identified. The search is case insensitive.

If you already know the ID of the gene you want to search, please type it below. Have in mind, though, that ID numbers often change.

Download

You may download a zipped tab-delimited ASCII dataset with all model organisms' genes, derived from the latest stable build of GenAge.
